Neils Harbour is situated in Victoria County, on the Cabot Trail between South Harbour and Ingonish, on the northeast edge of Cape Breton Highlands National Park on the shore of Cabot Strait. Places of note nearby are Jiggling Cove, Jiggling Cove Lake and Victoria Beach.
