Singer Island is located in Palm Beach County along the southeast Florida coast, at the north end of an urban corridor stretching from Miami north past West Palm Beach. The corridor is split by the Intracoastal Waterway. The island lies across the waterway from the inland city of Riviera Beach and many addresses show the latter name, but the community has its own strong identity. The Town of Palm Beach is visible to the south across the water but cannot be reached without returning to the mainland.
