Lenox is a town located in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. It was first settled in 1750 and was officially incorporated in 1775. The Tanglewood music camp, the Boston Symphony Orchestra's summer home, is located in Lenox.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 55.6 km² (21.5 mi²). 55.0 km² (21.2 mi²) of it is land and 0.7 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.26% water.
