Credit River Township is in northeast Scott County, Minnesota. Credit River Township is bounded on the north by Savage and Burnsville, on the east by Lakeville, on the south by New Market Township, and on the west by Spring Lake Township and Prior Lake. The township includes Cleary Lake, Murphy Lake, and the unincorporated communities called Credit River and Keatings.
