Fairlawn is a residential neighborhood located in southeast Washington, DC. It is bounded by Interstate 295 to the northwest, Pennsylvania Avenue SE to 25th Street to Naylor Road to the east, and Good Hope Road to the southwest. It is located directly across I-295 from Poplar Point, a waterfront park on the Anacostia River that may be host to a new Major League Soccer stadium.
