"Sideways" was co-written and directed by Alexander Payne ("About Schmidt," "Election" and "Citizen Ruth."). It is the story about two friends in their forties (Paul Giammati and Thomas Haden Church) who go to the California wine country for a final guy's trip before one gets married. Virginia Madsen and Sandra Oh co-star.
