- the western parish boundary with Langley Burrell Without parish, north west of Chippenham.
- The villages of East Tytherton and Tytherton Lucas, are west of Bremhill village before Langley Burrell.
- Charlcutt and Spirthill are hamlets north of Bremhill village, and
- Foxham village is further north before Christian Malford.
- Catcomb is a hamlet on the north east boundary, before Lyneham and Bradstoke parish.
- Cowage Brook forms the eastern boundary with Hilmarton.
