- Grafton is a civil parish south of the Kennet and Avon Canal between Burbage to the west, and Great Bedwyn.
- At the north east tip of the parish, the hamlet of Wilton is on a marina inlet from Crofton Locks named Wilton Water.
- Shalbourne parish is east of Wilton and the hamlet Marten.
- The main conurbation is East Grafton on the A338 road from Shalbourne village passing north of the hamlet of West Grafton,
- before joining the A346 south of Burbage village, where the A388 continues south to Collingbourne Kingston,
- a parish south of Grafton Down, represented by Collingbourne Ducis further south,
- also accessed via a minor road from Marten via the Grafton hamlet of Wexcombe.
- The village of Tidcombe east of Wexcombe is in the combined parish of Tidcombe and Fosbury
- where websites are listed with the parish of Chute.
