- Steeple Langford is a village between the A36 and the River Wyle, west of the intersection with the A303
- in the parish of Wylye, and east of Stapleford parish, both of which this category also represents.

- Hanging Langford connected by a minor road south of the Nadder, is within Steeple Langford parish,
- along with Little Langford to its east, and the parish extends south, up the downs,
- where the remains of Grim's Ditch form the southern boundary with Dinton parish.
