PATRICK FRALEY
These are links on actor Pat Fraley, the voice of Marshall Bravestarr on "Bravestarr" (1987), Ace/Barbeque on "G.I. Joe" (1984), Wiley Cat on "Talespin" (1990), but he's probably best known as the voice of supervillain Krang on "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" (1988).
