Cameron Mackintosh, born on October 17, 1946 in England, is a successful British theatrical producer. Knighted in 1996, his career credits include The Phantom of the Opera, Hey, Mr. Producer!, Cats, Little Shop of Horrors, Les Misérables and Miss Saigon, Oklahoma!, My Fair Lady, Carousel and Disney's Mary Poppins. Sir Mackintosh is an Associate Member of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
