The Battleground series is a series of turn-based strategy wargames produced by Talonsoft. Each title allows players to refight a particular battle from either the Napoleonic Wars, American Civil War or World War II. Players my play against the computer or against a human opponent via email.

Napoleonic titles in the Battleground series include "Napoleon in Russia", "Prelude to Waterloo" and "Waterloo". Napoleonic leagues will generally play all of them.
Civil War titles in the Battleground Series include "Bull Run", "Shiloh", "Antietam", "Gettysburg" and "Chickamauga". Civil War leagues will generally play all of them.
