Recreation Living History Society for Creative Anachronism Kingdoms
The SCA is organized into geographic entities. In descending order of size, the kinds of groups you are likely to encounter are:

- Kingdoms (largest);
- Principalities, Regions, and Crown Principalities;
- Baronies, Provinces, Shires, and Strongholds;
- Colleges, Cantons, and Ridings (smallest)

As of the end of 2002, the SCA is composed of seventeen kingdoms, which stretch around the world. In order to meet SCA people in your area, you will likely need to contact a group of baronial size or smaller.

The territory that each Kingdom covers is listed in the description for that kingdom.

Ansteorra

The Kingdom of Ansteorra is formed of the mundane lands including most of Texas and Oklahoma., in the United States. It is bordered on the north by the Kingdom of Calontir, on the east by the Meridies, and on the west by the Outlands. The Kingdom of An Tir is formed of the mundane lands including Oregon, Washington and the northern tip of Idaho in the United States, and British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories in Canada. It is bordered on the east by the Mid-Realm, on the west by the West Realm, and on the south by Artemisia. The Kingdom of the Meridies is formed of the mundane lands known as Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, most of Arkansas, Tennessee, nearly all of Georgia, a bit of the panhandle of Florida, and small portions of both Kentucky and Virginia. It is bordered on the north by the Kingdom of Calontir, the Mid-Realm and Atlantia, on the west by Ansteorra, and on the south by Trimaris.
