Chilmark is a village in south west Wiltshire on the B3089 road from Teffont over the Ridge to Fonthill Bishop.
Chilmark parish includes the hamlets of Mooray and Portash, towards Lower and Upper
Chickgrove on the north bank of the River Nadder.
Tisbury is to the south west, and Sutton Mandeville is south of the River Nadder to the south east.
