Padua, Minnesota, is a tiny unincorporated settlement in Raymond Township, in western Stearns County. Padua is about halfway between Brooten and Sauk Centre, and is 6 miles west-northwest of Elrosa.
Paynesville, Minnesota, population 2275, is in Stearns County, about 30 miles southwest of St. Cloud on State Highway 23, and 79 miles "as the crow flies" northwest of the Twin Cities. Nearby Lake Koronis offers many recreational opportunities year-round.
Pike Bay Township is in the northwest corner of Cass County, Minnesota. It surrounds the City of Cass Lake. The township is on the Leech Lake Reservation, and in the Chippewa National Forest. Pike Bay Township is bounded on the west by Hubbard County, on the north by Beltrami County, on the south by Wilkinson Township. To the east is unorganized territory.
Preble Township is in eastern Fillmore County, Minnesota, south of Rushford and west of Caledonia. The township is approximately 30 miles southwest of La Crosse, Wisconsin, and 40 miles southeast of Rochester.
Prosper Township, organized 1999, is one of the northernmost towns in the continental United States. It is on Lake of the Woods, northwest of Baudette and north of Williams. Prosper is bounded on the south by Zippel Township.
