Sites should be submitted to either the actual existing sub-category for the city, town or township, or in a letter of the alphabet, if the city, town or township has not already been given a separate sub-category. There are several hundred city, town and townships in South Dakota, and listing them all could be confusing, so they are added as the need arises.

If you want to know why your hometown isn''t listed, please drop the editors a note, or better yet, become an editor of the Open Directory Project. There are so many communities in South Dakota that we need all the help we can get to keep up. Adopt your own hometown, volunteer to edit another community, or find some interesting sites (2-3 are required) and suggest a new locality to add to the Directory.
