Red Boiling Springs is a city of just over 1,000 people nestled in a beautiful valley in Macon County, Tennessee. The city is still known as a mineral springs resort. People from around the world still travel to Red Boiling Springs for the "healing powers" of Red Boiling Spring's waters.
Community founded in 1880 by British author and social reformer, Thomas Hughes, to be a cooperative, class-free, agricultural community for younger sons of English gentry. Now partially restored and an attraction for visitors.
