Not all suggestions are adopted. We are most interested in sites with high quality information about ISO 17799 and ISO 27001, for example those that help organizations understand and implement the standards.
The National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 70, is an US standard for electrical design and construction. It differs from the National Electrical Safety Code -- which utilities use. The NEC is an extensive document that undergoes a continual revision process with a new release every three years. The 2002 Code is one of those releases.
