Antiques and Collectibles

This Category is for site's that conduct an online auction for Antiques and/or Collectibles. Please Note: There must be a process to accept and submit online bids.

Example of website belonging in this category: A small collector''s baseball card auction that you run out of your garage in Cleveland, Ohio. You track your auctions on your website which is CAPABLE OF ACCEPTING AND SUBMITTING BIDS from any online user who visits your website.

Example of website NOT belonging in this category: A premier auction business with auction houses in all 52 States. Your website was voted "Best Auction Site" and has a great searchable feature to find the auction house nearest the user, but there is NO WAY FOR AN ONLINE USER TO BID on any of your items.

Please Note: If your site does not belong here, it may fit in the Regional category under your business location or perhaps in Business. If you do not auction Antiques and/or Collectibles, your site may fit better in one of the other subcategories under Shopping/Auctions/. We will be able to get you site listed much faster, if you take your time and submit it to the correct category.

If your site is not selling to consumers, but Business-to-Business, please list appropriately.

Sites in a language other than English will not be listed here. Please submit to the appropriate language category in World .

Sites which have no or little content will be rejected. Sites under construction will be rejected. Sites which request money to access freely available information will not be listed. Sites deemed as spam will be removed.

ONLINE AUCTION SITES ONLY. Regular sales go to Shopping or Business depending on your target market, and auction sites with no online bidding through the site are listed in Regional, in the Shopping category of the town it's in.

WE DO NOT LIST EBAY STORES OR FRONTS. Please do not suggest these.

Please only submit sites that deal directly with the auctions of boats and related equipment. This is not saying that if your site auctions other things besides boats that you cannot submit it. Just please make sure that at least the majority of your site has boating auctions of some sort.

This category is for sites that have auctions of computer hardware and software.

Online - but not realtime auctions. They may be traditional auctions who accept email bids.

This category lists websites that primarily or exclusively have auctions of guns and firearms.

TITLE should be the company's name only.
DESCRIPTION should be brief, 20-30 words, and tell about the company and the website's contents.

By following these simple guidelines, you greatly decrease the time it takes to review and list the website.

Do not submit actual auction sites in this category.

Do not submit sites which only provide links into a single online auction service such as eBay.
