Current Criteria:

"Video" should be related to environmental issues
Site should allow access to one or more of the following:
- Ability to watch video(s) online
- Resources devoted to creating your own video projects
- Listings of other sites that offer environmental videos or resources

If a site solely exists to SELL videos, then said listing should likely exist in the Shopping area.
