Martha Reeves topped the charts on the Motown label with her group Martha & the Vandellas. Their hits include "(Love Is Like A) Heat Wave," "Dancing in the Street," and "Jimmy Mack." The group disanded in 1972 and Reeves continued on as a solo performer. She was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1995.
