Madeline Kahn died of ovarian cancer December 3, 1999. She appeared in many movies, including "Blazing Saddles," "History of the World, Part 1," "Paper Moon," and "Young Frankenstein." She was trained as an opera singer, and she performed at the Metropolitan Opera, and on Broadway.
