Elizabeth Gracen was Miss Arkansas and Miss America in 1982. She gained notoriety with her claim to have had a sexual relationship with then Governor of Arkansas Bill Clinton, but is better known to television fans as the Immortal Amanda from Highlander and Highlander: The Raven.
