David Bailey - British fashion photographer born 2nd January 1938, London. Much of his work featured nude and clothed photographs of some of this century's most desirable women (often linked romantically to Bailey), including Jean Shrimpton, Catherine Deneuve, Marie Helvin, Penelope Tree and his current wife, Catherine Bailey. He was awarded the C.B.E. (Commander of the British Empire) in 2001.
