In April 2005, Red Bull filed a complaint with WIPO to seize taurusrubens.com and rubenstaurus.com from Reinhard Birnhuber.
Red Bull sued in an Austrian commercial court, won, and won on Birnhuber's appeal. Birnhuber still did not relinquish the domains.
In 2009, Red Bull filed another complaint with WIPO to seize the domains, and lost again.
