Vietnamese scouting and girl scouting, in exile. Since Scouting is officially banned by the Government of the Peoples Republic of Vietnam this category deal with the expatriate organization worldwide. The Central committee for Vietnamese Scouting is a WOSM and WAGGGS recognized organization.
