Leech Lake Township, Cass County, is on the Leech Lake Reservation. It includes Steamboat Bay, Welshes Bay, Minnesota Island, the Narrows, and the Walker Municipal Airport. The township is bounded on the north by Wilkinson Township, on the south by Shingobee Township, on the west by the Hubbard County line. To the east is unorganized territory.
